Bottom Line Home Realty was founded in 2007 by Marcus Shirley and Wayne Stoneback. Marcus and Wayne had spent over 2 decades with one of the largest national real estate companies in the U.S. before creating their own business plan for a new real estate endeavor. When they first envisioned Bottom Line Home Realty, they wanted to develop a company that would serve the customer, not the franchise. With an ever-changing real estate market, and technology advancing at a rapid pace, they wanted the flexibility to make changes quickly and add technologies that would best serve their customers and clients. They also knew that real estate is a people business; if you hire good people, and help them achieve success, then they will in turn help you achieve success.

At Bottom Line Home Realty, the agents are experienced in all types of new homes, re-sales, foreclosures, HUD homes, short sales and auctions. We do not hire new agents, but instead Bottom Line Home Realty's agents gain experience elsewhere before they come to work here. Officially licensed in real estate since 2004, she grew up in a real estate and law family where her father was a broker since 1935. Having worked on over 150 transactions, and writing many valuations a month, she has a unique perspective when helping you through selling or buying.
